Terms of Service

Gary Vision Ventures, LLC — Effective 2026-09-29

These terms govern your use of the connectors Gary Vision Ventures, LLC ("GVV", "we", "us") provides for AI assistants, including Meta's Muse, and the website at gvv-developers-site.thegaryvisionfundllc.workers.dev (the "Services"). By connecting or using a GVV connector, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. The Services

A connector lets your AI assistant use a service on your behalf when you ask it to. Each connector's documentation page describes what it does, the permissions it asks for, and any additional terms. Your use of the AI assistant itself is governed by the assistant provider's terms, not ours.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for activity under your authorization, and for keeping the accounts you connect secure.

3. Your instructions and confirmations

Connectors act on your instructions as relayed by your assistant. Before any consequential action, such as a purchase, a transfer, or deleting data, you'll be asked to confirm. Review what you're confirming. AI assistants can misunderstand instructions, and you're responsible for actions you confirm.

4. No professional advice

The Services give information and carry out instructions. They don't give financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice, and nothing in them is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Consult a licensed professional for advice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to:

• Break the law or anyone else's rights.
• Interfere with or probe the Services' security.
• Get around rate limits or access controls.
• Reverse engineer the Services except where the law allows.
• Use the Services for fraud, harassment, or spam.

6. Fees

Connectors are free unless a connector's page says otherwise. If a connector charges, its price, frequency, and cancellation and refund terms are shown before you're charged, and payment is processed by a third party such as Stripe.

7. Third-party services

Connectors interact with services we don't control, including the AI assistant and the services you connect. We're not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7A. Enroute (private charter flights)

Enroute helps you find and request private charter flights listed by other companies.

• Not the airline. For purposes of the U.S. Department of Transportation's air charter broker rules (14 CFR Part 295), GVV is an air charter broker. It is not a direct air carrier. GVV doesn't own or operate aircraft, and it has no operational control over any flight. Each flight is operated by the FAA-certificated operator named by the seller, which has operational control.
• The seller's and operator's terms govern each booking. When you book or request a flight, you contract with the seller (for example SkyAccess or the operator) under its own terms, including price, payment, cancellation and refunds. GVV isn't a party to that contract and doesn't take payment for flights.
• Facts are as listed. Routes, times, aircraft, prices and availability are shown as the seller lists them, together with our estimate of taxes and fees where the seller adds them at checkout. Listings change and can be withdrawn. The seller's checkout and agreement are final.
• No guarantee of safety or availability. We don't guarantee that any flight will be available, operate as listed, or meet any safety standard, and we don't audit operators. Check the operator and the terms before you pay.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any connector. We try to give notice of material changes, but the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that outputs are accurate or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GVV won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. GVV's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

11. Indemnity

You'll indemnify GVV against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time by disconnecting the connector. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or to protect users or the Services.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. For material changes, we'll give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the new terms.
